Sonia St-Arnaud has been working in the energy sector for over 25 years and has extensive experience in commercialization, project and infrastructure development, strategic planning and finance. Now President and CEO of EVLO Energy Storage, she started with EVLO in 2018 and has served as Chief Operating Officer and as Chief Financial Officer. Fellow of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA), Sonia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Sonia’s career began in 1993 with PricewaterhouseCoopers, to join Hydro-Québec in 1998. There she has been a Controller with the Production Division and then Director Projects Development and Strategies. She has also held positions as Treasurer and Administrator with various Production Division subsidiaries and was a member of the Plan Nord Committee.

Throughout his career, Michel has led various engineering teams in project management and the development of complex technological products and processes in various types of companies in the pharmaceutical, aerospace, and transportation industries. He has also played a key role in the design, development, and optimization of solid-state lithium polymer batteries, as well as the development of energy storage technologies for hybrid drive and traction systems for the rail and transportation industry.

Experienced executive and seasoned engineer, Jean Lachance has over 25 years of experience in operations and large scale project management in the manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. Over the course of his prolific career, he has been involved in over nine acquisitions, one IPO and more than a dozen product launches. As EVLO's Chief Assets Officer, he oversees the strategic activities of procurement and quality assurance, operations, IT and cybersecurity, as well as program management and production. Jean is very familiar with EVLO’s market, having been responsible for managing customer projects as Vice President, Deployment and Operations during 2022. Jean holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Université de Laval and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

Mathieu has more than 17 years’ experience in finance, mainly in the tech sector and holds a Master's degree in Finance and the CPA designation. Before joining EVLO, Mathieu was Chief Financial Officer at Direxyon Technologies, where he began his carreer and heldvarious positions , including Vice President of Operations. With EVLO, Mathieu is heavily involved in the company’s long-term business and growth strategy.

Vincent has more than 20 years’ experience in energy production and storage, heavy industry and construction, including renewable energy production and petrochemicals. His career has included leadership positions in Québec and Alberta, where he has applied his extensive expertise in project and operations management, maintenance and business development. Vincent has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and is a member of Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

For more than 20 years, Martin has been advancing the energy transition with a focus on electricity, renewable energy, and energy storage technologies. With a unique background in both technical and business expertise, Martin currently serves as Vice President Business Development & Sales at EVLO. Martin brings his sharp strategic vision and extensive technical expertise to accelerate the adoption of EVLO’s innovative energy storage solutions across North America and abroad and has built EVLO’s sales team from the ground up. Further, Martin served as interim CTO of EVLO, where he spearheaded the development of its trailblazing, ultra-safe battery solution.

Annie is a seasoned manager with more than 25 years of experience in different roles, from program management and manufacturing to large strategic projects. Pragmatic and focused on teamwork, she takes pride in working efficiently with cross-functional teams and achieving business goals. As a Vice President, Supply Chain, she strives to implement good business planning practices and cultivate great supplier partnerships. Annie is a qualified engineer who studied mechanical engineering at Ecole Polytechnique and has a master’s degree in business operations.

Adile is a committed leader and a passionate technology developer with over 15 years of engineering experience. Currently, he is the Director of Information Technology and Strategies, responsible for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology strategy. In his previous role at EVLO, Adile built the software development team that created the EVLOGIX product suite, including the on-site controller and operator interface. Adile started his career at Hydro-Québec in 2008, where he contributed to the deployment of real-time control systems. He previously earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (IGEE) from Concordia University and a Master of Electrical Engineering from McGill University.

Evelyne has 18 years’ experience in human resources, bringing her creative spirit, can-do versatility and curious nature to technology, engineering, and small business workplaces. She has created human resource departments from scratch and implemented onboarding procedures. A real people person, she’s laser focused on the applicant and employee experience and pays particular heed to organizational development.
