The Terms of Use are governed by applicable Québec laws. All disputes and conflicts concerning the Terms of Use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec, in the judicial district of Montréal.

EVLO reserves the right to refrain from providing a product or service to persons who do not meet its eligibility criteria. In such a case, EVLO cannot be held liable in any manner whatsoever.

The EVLO name and logo are the property of EVLO. The name and logo of Hydro-Québec are the property of Hydro-Québec. If you wish to use, copy, translate, publish or distribute such content, in whole or in part, you must obtain the prior written authorization of EVLO.
